Ready-Made Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging. COCOBOLO reserves the right to inspect the returned item and either approve or reject the return or refund based on the item’s condition and whether it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. If approved, the exchange or refund will be processed using the original payment method within the specified period. The decision made by COCOBOLO after inspection is final and binding.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made according to your chosen measurements, colors, and materials.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, COCOBOLO will repair or replace the item in line with our high-quality standards.

Discounted or Special Offer Products
All products that are part of a sale or promotion are final and non-returnable.

Situations Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that are no longer in their original condition or without full packaging.
  • Custom orders that have been made according to the customer’s selected size, materials, or colors.
  • Natural variations in materials (such as wood grain, leather textures, stone veins, etc.).

Refund Process and Timing
Refunds will be processed after the return request has been approved and the item inspected, within 7–14 business days, and will be issued using the original payment method.
If payment was made in cash, refunds will be processed through an official transfer to the registered account or card. Cash refunds are not permitted to ensure the protection of both the customer’s and COCOBOLO’s rights.

    • Invoice number
    • Clear images of the item
    • The reason for the return or issue
  2. Our team will review the request and confirm its eligibility.
  3. If approved, we will arrange to collect the item and inspect it.
  4. After inspection, the item will be either exchanged or refunded according to our policy.
